Nu Skin names Chayce Clark as chief operating officer

Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: NUS) appointed Chayce Clark as chief operating officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement. Clark will retain his current role as chief legal officer while taking on additional operational responsibilities.

In his expanded role, Clark will oversee revenue performance and operational execution across the beauty and wellness company's business functions. His responsibilities will include managing global sales channels, product innovation, technology platforms, global programs, brand initiatives and legal services.

"Chayce has been a valuable part of our executive team and an important voice in our efforts to become the world's leading intelligent beauty and wellness leadership opportunity platform," said Ryan Napierski, president and CEO.

The appointment aims to establish greater coordination among Nu Skin's operational teams across nearly 50 global markets. Clark will lead a global operations team focused on driving collaboration and efficiency throughout the organization.

Clark joined Nu Skin in 2015 as assistant general counsel and previously served as vice president and deputy general counsel before becoming general counsel. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a litigation attorney in Salt Lake City. He holds a bachelor's degree from Southern Utah University and a law degree from the University of Utah.

The Provo, Utah-based company operates as an intelligent beauty and wellness company with a network marketing model. Nu Skin recently launched its Prysm iO intelligent wellness platform and is expanding into India as part of its emerging market strategy.
