TELUS Corporation (NYSE: TU) announced it will partially redeem C$500 million of its outstanding 2.75% Notes, Series CZ due July 8, 2026. The redemption is scheduled for May 8, 2026.

The company currently has C$800 million aggregate principal amount of these notes outstanding. The notes selected for redemption will be chosen on a pro rata basis, with the redemption price calculated according to the applicable indenture terms.

TELUS stated it will fund the partial redemption using proceeds from Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Junior Subordinated Notes offerings completed in December 2025. The notes being redeemed carry CUSIP number 87971MBL6.

The announcement was made in a press release issued by the Vancouver-based telecommunications company. TELUS noted the release is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to buy or sell securities.
