NHI is introducing its 2026 annual guidance range which includes the following:

NAREIT FFO per diluted share range of $4.94 - $4.99;

Normalized FFO per diluted share range of $4.94 - $4.99; and

Normalized FAD range of $248.9 million - $251.4 million
