Credo partners with TensorWave for AMD-based AI cluster infrastructure
Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: CRDO) announced a collaboration with TensorWave to deploy Credo's ZeroFlap Active Electrical Cables and optical transceivers across TensorWave's AI cluster infrastructure, according to a press release statement.
TensorWave, which describes itself as an AMD-exclusive AI cloud provider, will integrate Credo's ZeroFlap products into its network architecture for future AI cluster builds. The collaboration aims to reduce deployment time and increase network uptime for customer workloads.
Credo states its ZeroFlap Active Electrical Cables provide reliability that is up to 1,000 times better than legacy interconnect solutions. The company reports deploying millions of ZeroFlap cables in large-scale AI networks with 100 million hours mean time between failures and no link-flap events from soft errors.
The ZeroFlap products integrate with Credo's PILOT telemetry management system, which enables remote monitoring of infrastructure and fault isolation capabilities.
"As AI cluster sizes continue to grow, interconnect reliability becomes a critical limiter—both for time‑to‑revenue and sustained uptime," said Ameet Suri, VP for AEC Product at Credo.
TensorWave operates what it calls one of the world's largest all-AMD GPU clouds and has received more than $166 million in funding from investors including Magnetar, AMD Ventures, and Nexus Venture Partners. The company focuses on building infrastructure optimized for large-scale training and inference workloads using AMD Instinct Series GPUs.
