After-hours movers:
Ford Motor (NYSE: F) rose 1.5% after it published strong guidance for 2026. Outlook for full-year 2026 includes adjusted EBIT of $8.0 billion to $10.0 billion, compared to the consensus of $8.86 billion.
Robinhood (NASDAQ: HOOD) fell 8% after crypto revenue missed estimates in the fourth quarter. Crypto revenue was $221million, lower than the estimate of $248 million.
- Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN) traded lower in sympathy with Robinhood, down 2%
Lyft (NASDAQ: LYFT) fell 14% after it published quarter results, with soft performance on the top line. Lyft reported revenue for the quarter came in at $1.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.76 billion.
Mattel (NASDAQ: MAT) fell 20% after Q4 EPS trailed estimates and it issued dismal guidance for the year.
Cloudflare (NYSE: NET) rose 7% after Q4 results beat estimates and it issued strong revenue guidance. Cloudflare sees FY2026 revenue of $2.79-2.8 billion, versus the consensus of $2.74 billion.
Upstart Holdings (NASDAQ: UPST) rose 6% after a strong final quarter of 2025. Revenue for the quarter came in at $296.06 million versus the consensus estimate of $288.45 million.
Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) rose 7% following solid results. Lattice reported Q4 EPS of $0.32, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $145.79 million versus the consensus estimate of $143.18 million
Zillow Group (NASDAQ: ZG) (NASDAQ: Z) fell 7% after lackluster quarterly results and guidance. Zillow reported Q4 EPS of $0.39, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.40.
Gilead Sciences (NASDAQ: GILD) fell 4% despite ok quarterly figures, after full-year guidance missed estimates. Gilead Sciences sees FY2026 EPS of $8.45-$8.85, versus the consensus of $8.76.
