Diodes (DIOD) Misses Q4 EPS by 4c, provides guidance
Diodes (NASDAQ: DIOD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.34, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $391.58 million versus the consensus estimate of $384.89 million.
GUIDANCE:
Diodes sees Q1 2026 revenue of $395 million, versus the consensus of $373.7 million.
GAAP gross margin is expected to be 31.5 percent, plus or minus 1 percent.
Non-GAAP operating expenses, which are GAAP operating expenses adjusted for amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets, are expected to be approximately 26.5 percent of revenue, plus or minus 1 percent.
We expect net interest income to be approximately $1.0 million.
Our income tax rate is expected to be 18.5 percent, plus or minus 3 percent, and shares used to calculate diluted EPS for the first quarter are anticipated to be approximately 46.4 million.
