After-hours movers:
AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) fell 5% despite publishing quarterly results that beat estimates, with expectations elevated heading into the print. Fourth quarter revenue was a record $10.3 billion.
Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) fell 7% after comp sales guidance for 2026 missed estimates. Chipotle now expects fiscal 2026 same-store sales to be about flat, compared with analysts' estimate of a 1.86% rise.
Lumentum Holdings (NASDAQ: LITE) rose 13% following strong quarterly results and guidance. Lumentum sees Q3 2026 EPS of $2.15-$2.35, versus the consensus of $1.60
Digital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) rose 13% after results easily beat consensus. Digital Turbine reported Q3 EPS of $0.18, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $151.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $143.7 million.
Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) rose 35% after the Financial Times reported that Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) was nearing a deal to buy the company.
Mondelez (NASDAQ: MDLZ) fell 4% after it published results that were about in-line with estimates.
Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) rose 1% after announcing solid results for the final quarter of 2025, along with strong guidance.
Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH) rose 4% after beating estimates on the top an bottom line.
