Dow (NYSE: DOW) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.34), $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.51). Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.46 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.47 billion.

Dow announced plans to cut 4,500 jobs.
