After-hours movers:
Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) fell 6% after it published mixed quarterly results against elevated expectations. Oracle reported Q2 EPS of $2.26, $0.62 better than the analyst estimate of $1.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $16.19 billion.
- CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV) traded lower in sympathy with Oracle, falling 2%.
Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) rose 1% after result topped estimates. Adobe achieved record revenue of $6.19 billion in its fourth quarter of FY2025, which represents 10% year-over-year growth as reported and in constant currency. Diluted earnings per share was $4.45 on a GAAP basis and $5.50 on a non-GAAP basis.
Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) rose 8% after it published strong quarterly results. Synopsys reported Q4 EPS of $2.90, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $2.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.26 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.25 billion. Guidance also topped estimates.
Planet Labs (NYSE: PL) rose 13% after results beat consensus. Planet Labs reported Q3 EPS of $0.00, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $81 million versus the consensus estimate of $72.18 million.
T1 Energy (NYSE: TE) fell 10% after it announced proposed public offerings consisting of $120 million in convertible senior notes due 2030 and $140 million in common stock.
