GameStop (GME) Misses Q3 EPS by 5c, Misses on Revenue; Cash at $8.8B, $519M in Bitcoin
GameStop (NYSE: GME) reported Q3 EPS of $0.13, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $821 million versus the consensus estimate of $893.64 million.
Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities were $8.8 billion at the close of the third quarter, compared to $4.6 billion at the close of the prior year's third quarter.
Bitcoin holdings were valued at $519.4 million at the close of the third quarter.
