Salesforce partners with AWS to launch Agentforce 360 AI platform

December 3, 2025 1:02 PM

Salesforce Inc. (NYSE: CRM) announced a collaboration with Amazon Web Services to launch Agentforce 360 for AWS, an artificial intelligence platform that will operate on AWS infrastructure and utilize foundation models through Amazon Bedrock.

The platform will be available exclusively in AWS Marketplace in early 2026. Agentforce 360 for AWS aims to address enterprise AI adoption challenges including trust, governance, and implementation time.

The system uses Amazon Bedrock for its reasoning engine and provides access to foundation models from AI companies for prompt building capabilities. The platform's Atlas Reasoning Engine generates an audit trail for agent actions, which the companies said meets regulatory requirements for highly regulated industries.

Agentforce 360's Prompt Builder will offer model options including Anthropic's Claude models and Amazon models such as Nova Lite and Nova Pro. These models will be hosted on Amazon Bedrock and integrated into the platform's prompt building functionality.

"Our joint customers want AI agents that are powerful, can be trusted, and align with their cloud investments," said Brian Landsman, CEO of AppExchange and EVP of Global Partnerships at Salesforce. "Agentforce 360 for AWS delivers that — with trusted guardrails and a simple path to get started by purchasing through AWS Marketplace."

Ruba Borno, VP of Global Specialists and Partners at AWS, stated that the collaboration "expands on this success by making it easier for customers to discover, deploy, and innovate with AI agents on AWS infrastructure."

The platform will allow customers to consolidate AI spending and manage Salesforce offerings through AWS billing systems. Customers will have access to private pricing and consolidated billing through AWS Marketplace.
