After-hours movers: AMD, Pinterest, CAVA Group, Toast, and more

After-hours movers:

AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) fell 2% despite solid quarterly results and guidance. Shares have surged recently. Third quarter revenue was a record $9.2 billion, gross margin was 52%, operating income was $1.3 billion. AMD sees Q4 2025 revenue of $9.3-9.9 billion, versus the consensus of $9.2 billion.

Pinterest (NYSE: PINS) plunged 16% after results disappointed investors. Pinterest reported Q3 EPS of $0.38, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.43.

Upstart Holdings (NASDAQ: UPST) fell 6% after publishing results. Revenue for the quarter came in at $277 million versus the consensus estimate of $279.59 million.

CAVA Group (NYSE: CAVA) fell 4% after lackluster quarterly performance. CAVA reported same restaurant sales growth of 1.9%, below estimates of 2.67%.

Toast (NYSE: TOST) rose 3.5% after beating estimates. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.58 billion.

Lumentum Holdings (NASDAQ: LITE) rose 10% after blowout guidance. Lumentum Holdings sees Q2 2026 revenue of $630-670 million, versus the consensus of $561.9 million.

Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI) fell 6% after mixed guidance. Super Micro Computer sees Q2 2026 EPS of $0.46-$0.54, versus the consensus of $0.62. Super Micro Computer sees Q2 2026 revenue of $10-11 billion, versus the consensus of $8.05 billion.

Axon (NASDAQ: AXON) fell 21% after disappointing results. Axon reported Q3 EPS of $1.17, $0.35 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.52.
