ServiceNow invests in Zaelab to expand CRM modernization services

October 29, 2025 4:08 PM

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) announced a strategic investment in Zaelab through its Ecosystem Ventures program to accelerate customer relationship management-driven enterprise modernization. The investment will help Zaelab expand its CRM services and develop AI-ready solutions for manufacturing and technology clients.

Zaelab, a business-to-business digital transformation consultancy, plans to add 350 certified professionals and enhance pre-sales capabilities to deliver ServiceNow CRM offerings. The company will also develop joint solutions built on the ServiceNow AI Platform, including Portul, a customer experience accelerator for manufacturers, and LogiKit, which speeds ServiceNow CPQ deployment.

"ServiceNow solves that issue with an autonomous CRM solution that revolutionizes sales, fulfillment, and service on a single platform," said Christopher Shutts, vice president of CPQ at ServiceNow. "This investment in Zaelab is an important step in scaling that vision, helping customers adopt the solutions to modernize quickly and transform CRM into a true engine of growth and productivity."

The collaboration targets the growing CRM market, which Gartner projects will reach $218 billion by 2028, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 14.6% from 2023 through 2028. ServiceNow positions itself as an AI-powered platform for autonomous CRM solutions.

Evan Klein, founder and CEO of Zaelab, said the investment validates the company's vision to deliver customer-centric revenue acceleration across enterprises. Zaelab specializes in CRM, Configure-Price-Quote, and Sales and Order Management expertise for manufacturers.

The investment amount was not disclosed in the announcement made through a press release statement.
