Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG) surged 17% after third-quarter results that significantly exceeded analyst expectations.
DraftKings (NASDAQ: DKNG) climbed 8% after it announced the acquisition of Railbird Technologies. The acquisition supports DraftKings’ broader strategy to enter prediction markets.

AST SpaceMobile (NASDAQ: ASTS) fell 8% after its announced its intent to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $850.0 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2036.
Terns Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: TERN) fell 13% after announced it will discontinue development of TERN-601, its oral GLP-1 receptor agonist for obesity treatment, following 12-week Phase 2 trial results that showed maximum placebo-adjusted weight loss of 4.6%.
Mattel (NASDAQ: MAT) fell 4% after results missed estimates. Mattel reported Q3 EPS of $0.89, $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.74 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.84 billion.
