After-hours movers:
Nike (NYSE: NKE) rose 2% after it reported strong quarterly results. First quarter revenues were $11.7 billion, up 1% on a reported basis compared to the prior year and down 1% on a currency-neutral basis.
Enanta Pharma (NASDAQ: ENTA) fell 9% after it announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering for $50.0 million of shares of its common stock.
Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) fell 2% after it was downgraded by analysts at TD Cowen on concerns about visibility.
Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) rose 0.5% after The Federal Reserve announced that it has reduced Morgan Stanley’s Stress Capital Buffer (SCB) from 5.1% to 4.3%, effective on October 1.
