GitLab Inc (NASDAQ: GTLB) announced that Chief Financial Officer Brian Robins will resign from his position effective September 19, 2025. Robins provided notice of his intent to resign on August 28, 2025.

The company stated that Robins' resignation is not the result of any disagreement regarding GitLab's operations, policies or practices. GitLab has initiated a comprehensive search for a new Chief Financial Officer to replace Robins.
