Needham analyst Alex Henderson raised the price target on Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) to $155.00 (from $130.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst comments "ANET delivered a very strong 2Q25 and meaningfully raised 2H guidance from ~10% to 22% y/y growth. 49% NG OM delivered 2Q operating profit over $1B for the first time. Management relayed strong progress on its 4 AI back-end customers on track to deliver $1.5B in AI revenues in F25. NVDA remains fiercely competitive in AI back-end, while white box remains strong in cloud/front-end, but the raise makes it clear ANET has carved its lane in AI. ANET recently acquired VeloCloud (pvt) to bolster its enterprise campus and branch portfolio, including an MSP channel sales model which we think can help. We meaningfully increase our F25/F26 ests and our PT to $155."
