RingCentral and NICE extend partnership for AI-powered business solutions

RingCentral Inc. (NYSE: RNG) announced a multi-year extension of its partnership with NICE Ltd. (NASDAQ: NICE) to continue marketing and selling RingCentral Contact Center, powered by NICE CXone Mpower.

The partnership extension builds on a collaboration that began in 2015. The companies stated the renewed agreement will focus on go-to-market activities, sales, onboarding, and post-sales engagement for their integrated unified communications as a service and contact center as a service solutions.

"We're thrilled to extend our partnership with NICE and double down on continuing to offer NICE's renowned industry-leading CX platform powered by AI to RingCentral's enterprise customers," said Vlad Shmunis, founder, chairman and CEO of RingCentral.

Scott Russell, CEO of NICE, said the partnership focuses on "the seamless convergence of AI powered customer and employee experiences" and aims to "meet businesses wherever they are in their AI journey to modernize how they connect, collaborate, and serve their customers."

Both companies have been recognized as leaders in Gartner Magic Quadrant reports for their respective sectors. RingCentral has been named a leader in unified communications as a service for 10 consecutive years, while NICE has been recognized as a leader in contact center as a service for 10 consecutive years.

The extended partnership will include renewed focus on the channel partner ecosystem, where RingCentral Contact Center powered by NICE CXone Mpower has been sold as an integrated solution.

RingCentral provides business communications, contact center, and video solutions to hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. NICE operates AI-powered platforms across more than 150 countries.
