Raymond James Reiterates Strong Buy Rating on Wayfair (W)
Raymond James analyst Bobby Griffin reiterated a Strong Buy rating and $55.00 price target on Wayfair (NYSE: W).
The analyst comments "Monday, before Market Open, Strong Buy rated Wayfair reported 2Q25 results. For the quarter, 2Q revenue came in above expectations (ours and consensus), driven by accelerating sales and share gains. The ~6% revenue growth y/y during the quarter (excluding the impact of Germany) is the highest top-line growth rate Wayfair has seen since 1Q21. 2Q25 quarter results were directly in line with our thesis, demonstrating how adj. EBITDA can grow and Wayfair will show leverage on incremental revenue growth (EBITDA margins of 6.3% in the quarter vs. 3.9% in 1Q25 and 5.2% in 2Q24). We will look for 3Q guidance elements and QTD revenue trends on today’s 8:00 a.m. EDT conference call. We will provide additional commentary and refreshed estimates after the conference call and our follow-up call."
