Insperity Inc. (NYSE: NSP) announced an updated HR solutions portfolio strategy, rebranding existing services and introducing a new product developed through a partnership with Workday.

The Houston-based human resources provider rebranded its Workforce Optimization solution as Insperity HR360 and its Workforce Acceleration solution as Insperity HRCore. The company also announced Insperity HRScale, a new solution being developed with Workday that will be available to early adopter customers in 2026.

Insperity HR360 serves as the company's flagship professional employer organization solution for small and midsize businesses seeking comprehensive HR management, including payroll, benefits, compliance and talent management services.

Insperity HRCore targets businesses ready to upgrade their HR function, providing foundational HR technology and support for companies seeking basic HR capabilities.

The new Insperity HRScale solution combines Insperity's PEO services with Workday Human Capital Management technology, designed for midsized businesses with focus on affordability and deployment speed as companies scale.

The company also introduced Insperity Contractor Management powered by Wingspan, which helps clients manage and pay independent contractors who receive 1099 forms. Additionally, Insperity announced the Insperity Perks+ program, offering enrolled employees access to discounted products and financial management tools.

Insperity reported 2024 revenues of $6.6 billion and operates more than 100 sales offices throughout the United States. The company has been providing HR solutions since 1986.
