Deckers Brands nominates Patrick Grismer to board of directors
Deckers Brands (NYSE: DECK) announced the nomination of Patrick J. Grismer for election to its board of directors at the company's 2025 annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for September 8, 2025. Dave Powers will retire from the board after more than nine years of service and will not stand for reelection.
Grismer brings over 35 years of financial leadership experience at major global consumer companies. He currently serves on the board of directors of Krispy Kreme and recently served as chair of the board of directors of Panera Brands. He previously held chief financial officer roles at Starbucks Coffee Company, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Yum! Brands, along with executive leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company.
If elected, Grismer is expected to join the Audit & Risk Management Committee. Maha S. Ibrahim, currently a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee, is expected to join the Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability & Governance Committee and step down from the audit committee if reelected.

Powers served as both a director and former chief executive officer and president of the company. Davis thanked Powers for his service, noting his role in shaping Deckers into its current position in the industry.
Deckers Brands designs, markets and distributes footwear, apparel and accessories through brands including UGG, HOKA, Teva and AHNU. The company's products are sold in more than 50 countries through department stores, specialty stores, company-owned retail stores and online platforms.
