After-hours movers:
Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) fell 1.5% despite solid second quarter performance. Alphabet also raised its full year capex forecast to $85 billion due to increased investments in AI. This lifted shares of Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO) and NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA).
IBM (NYSE: IBM) fell 5% after second quarter EPS missed estimates. IBM reported Q2 EPS of $2.31, $0.34 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.65.
MaxLinear (NASDAQ: MXL) rose 22% after strong second quarter results and guidance.
Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) fell 9.6% after it said its expects flat full year comparable restaurant sales.
Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) shares were flat after it reported results that were roughly in-line with consensus.
T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) rose 5% after raising guidance for subscriber adds.
ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) rose 6% after reported strong quarterly results. ServiceNow also raised its annual subscription revenue forecast.
