On June 17, 2025, Rebecca A. Hoyt, senior vice president, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller, informed APA Corporation (the “Company”) of her intention to retire from the Company. Ms. Hoyt’s retirement is anticipated to be effective in 2026, once her successor has been identified and after an appropriate transition period.
