AMD (AMD) PT Raised to $144 at Evercore ISI
Evercore ISI analyst Mark Lipacis raised the price target on AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) to $144.00 (from $126.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "We view AMD’s Advancing AI event as consistent with our latest AI Channel Checks, which indicated that AMD is making progress on ROCm software stack as well as in penetrating hyperscalers internal inferencing workloads, as hyperscalers strive to diversify their AI chip supplier base. We maintain our estimates but increase our price target to $144 based on 21x C27E EPS of $7.54 discounted back at 10%, as we think the increased visibility on datacenter GPUs warrants a higher P/E multiple."
