Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) rose 7% after it reported strong quarterly results. Total quarterly revenues were up 11% year-over-year in USD and constant currency to $15.9 billion.
Oklo (NYSE: OKLO) after announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of $400 million of shares. Shares were up 30% intraday.
GameStop (NYSE: GME) fell 6.8% after it announced that it intends to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2032 (the “notes”) in a private offering (the “offering”) to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers

Dana Incorporated (NYSE: DAN) rose 12% after it announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Off-Highway business to Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ALSN; "Allison") for $2.7 billion.
