BMO Capital analyst Daniel Jester raised the price target on PTC Inc. (NASDAQ: PTC) to $187.00 (from $183.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "PTC reported solid FY2Q25 results with ARR and FCF above our model, reflecting less sequential slowing in the PLM business, solid cash collections, and disciplined expense control. The trimmed FY25 ARR guide was not surprising amid macro uncertainties. While growth worries may not dissipate in the near-term, FCF generation remains robust, the company has significant capital deployment optionality, we remain constructive of the longer-term opportunity in PLM, ALM and new AI tools, and valuation is relatively undemanding in a historical context."
