On April 10, 2025, the Board of Directors (the 'Board') of Fastenal (NASDAQ: FAST) appointed Sheryl A. Lisowski, the Company's Executive Vice President – Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, to serve in the additional role of interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective April 17, 2025 (the 'Effective Date'), until such time as a permanent Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
