Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) shares were choppy after it reported mixed quarterly results and guidance. Adobe Systems sees Q2 2025 revenue of $5.77-5.82 billion, versus the consensus of $5.8 billion.
SentinelOne, Inc. (NYSE: S) fell 15% after it issued first quarter guidance that trailed estimates. SentinelOne, Inc. sees Q1 2026 revenue of $228 million, versus the consensus of $235.5 million.
Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) rose 11% after it named a new CEO. Lip-Bu Tan, an accomplished technology leader with deep semiconductor industry experience, will be the company's new chief executive officer, effective March 18.
UiPath Inc. (NYSE: PATH) fell 18% after it issued guidance that was well below consensus estimates. UiPath Inc. sees Q1 2026 revenue of $330-335 million, versus the consensus of $367.4 million.
American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) fell 5% after it issued lackluster guidance. The retailer expects a first quarter revenue decline in the mid-single digits.
A10 Networks (NYSE: ATEN) declined 10% after it announced its intention to offer $200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private offering.
