Rosenblatt Upgrades Rubrik Inc (RBRK) to Buy, 'Recent Weakness An Opportunity'
Rosenblatt analyst Blair Abernathy upgraded Rubrik Inc (NYSE: RBRK) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $77.00.
The analyst comments "Rubrik reports Q4/FY25 results (ending January 31) on March 13th, AMC. We expect in-line to marginally better results in Q4 from Rubrik, with Total Revenue growth of 33% Y/Y to $232.5m and Subscription Revenue growth of 40% Y/Y. We expect Subscription Revenue to account for 94% of Total Revenue in FY25 (Cloud was 77% of ARR as of Q3), and are leaving our forecast unchanged. Since our initiation report on December 16th titled “Delivering Cyber Resilience; Initiating Coverage with Neutral Rating”, the stock has declined ~25%. As we remain comfortable with our growth forecast, Rubrik’s strong product position in a growing TAM, and our target price of $77, we are upgrading Rubrik to Buy."
