Clarus (CLAR) Misses Q4 EPS by $1.72, provides guidance
Clarus (NASDAQ: CLAR) reported Q4 EPS of ($1.71), $1.72 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $71.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $69.56 million.
GUIDANCE:
Clarus sees FY2025 revenue of $250-260 million, versus the consensus of $286 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $14 million to $16 million, or an adjusted EBITDA margin of 5.9% at the mid-point of revenue and adjusted EBITDA. In addition, capital expenditures are expected to range between $4 million to $5 million and free cash flow is expected to range between $8 million to $10 million for the full year 2025.
