On March 3, 2025, Lara Caimi informed Samsara Inc (NYSE: IOT) of her intention to step down from her position as President of Worldwide Field Operations, effective March 3, 2025. Ms. Caimi will remain at the Company pursuant to the terms of her employment in an advisory capacity through her planned departure date of September 5, 2025.
