Instacart (NASDAQ: CART) fell 9% after its guidance for operating profit missed estimates. Instacart sees adjusted EBITDA $220 - $230 million, vs $237.1 million expected.
CAVA Group (NYSE: CAVA) fell 7% after after its guidance for full year comp sales mises consensus. CAVA sees same restaurant sales growth of 6.0% to 8.0%, vs 7.85% expected.
Freeport-McMoran (NYSE: FCX) rose 5% after President Trump launched a commerce probe that could lead to copper tariffs.
First Solar (NASDAQ: FSLR) rose 4% after it issues lackluster full year guidance.
Zeta Global Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ZETA) fell 9% after it issued mixed guidance, forecasting below consensus sales for the first quarter, while full year sales guidance appeared solid.
Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU) rose 5% after it reported strong second quarter results. It grew total revenue to $4.0 billion, up 17 percent.
