On February 18, 2025, Diana F. Cantor informed Domino's Pizza (NASDAQ: DPZ) that, after nearly twenty years of service on the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), she has decided to retire from the Board and thus shall not stand for reelection to the Board at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in April. Ms. Cantor will continue to serve on the Board through the remainder of her current term. The Board thanks Ms. Cantor for her years of service, dedication to the Board, and her many contributions to the Company.
