On February 7, 2025, Maria Asuncion Aramburuzabala Larregui resigned as a director of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Coty (NYSE: COTY) after four years of service on the Board and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Ms. Aramburuzabala Larregui’s resignation was for personal reasons and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
