Box (BOX) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c, provides guidance

Q4 FY25 Guidance
Revenue is expected to be approximately $279 million, versus the consensus of $278.6 milion, up 6% year-over-year, or 7% growth on a constant currency basis.
GAAP operating margin is expected to be approximately 7.5%, and non-GAAP operating margin is expected to be approximately 27.5%.
GAAP net income per share attributable to common stockholders is expected to be approximately $0.07. GAAP EPS guidance includes an expected negative impact of $0.02 from unfavorable exchange rates and $0.01 from the recognition of deferred tax expenses in international countries.
Non-GAAP diluted net income per share attributable to common stockholders is expected to be approximately $0.41, in-line with the consensus estimate. Non-GAAP EPS guidance includes an expected negative impact of $0.02 from unfavorable exchange rates and $0.01 from the recognition of deferred tax expenses in international countries.
Weighted-average diluted shares outstanding are expected to be approximately 151 million.
