GUIDANCE:

Turtle Beach sees FY2024 revenue of $370-380 million, versus the consensus of $379.9 million. The Company currently expects Adjusted EBITDA for the full year ending December 31, 2024, to be between $55 and $58 million, up from the prior range of between $53 million to $56 million compared to $6.5 million of Adjusted EBITDA for 2023.
