Clarus (NASDAQ: CLAR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.05, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $73 million.

GUIDANCE:

Clarus sees FY2024 revenue of $260-266 million, versus the consensus of $274.8 million. In addition, the Company now expects capital expenditures to range between $5.0 million to $6.0 million, of which $0.9 million related to Precision Sport prior to disposal, and free cash flow to range between $(6) million to $(8) million for the full year 2024, which includes approximately $7.0 of cash outflow related to the Precision Sport disposal.
