Based on the Company’s assessment of the current operating environment and the actions it is taking, the Company is refining its full year 2024 outlook. The Company now expects:

Constant currency revenue growth near, or slightly below, the low end of the previously-provided range of 6% to 10%,
Adjusted EBITDA near the favorable end of its previously-provided range of $(35) million to $(50) million, and
Capital expenditures below $55 million, compared to the prior expectation of below $70 million.
