Warrior Met Coal (HCC) Tops Q2 EPS by 15c, provides outlook

Warrior Met Coal (NYSE: HCC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.80, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $327.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $322.21 million.

The Company re-affirmed its guidance for the full year 2024. Blue Creek project and other discretionary capital expenditures: $335 - $390 million

Mine development costs: $28 - $38 million

Selling, general and administrative expense: $55 - $65 million

Interest expense: $4 - $6 million

Interest income: $20 - $25 million

Income tax expense: 14% - 18%
