Net Income in the range of $675 to $725 million, Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1,115 to $1,175 million, Net Cash Provided by Operating Activities in the range of $740 to $800 million, Capital Expenditures in the range of $135 to $145 million, and Adjusted Free Cash Flow in the range of $605 to $655 million.
