After-Hours Stock Movers:
Capri Holdings (NYSE: CPRI) shares fell 48% after a judge blocked its deal to merge with Tapestry (NYSE: TPR), a victory for the FTC. Tapestry shares gained.
DexCom (NASDAQ: DXCM) fell 15% after reporting in-line results and guidance, disappointing investors hopping for faster growth.
Joby Aviation (NYSE: JOBY) fell 6% after it launched an underwritten public offering to sell up to $200 million of its shares of common stock.
Deckers Brands (NYSE: DECK) rose 9% after it published quarterly results that beat consensus estimates on the top and bottom line. Direct-to-Consumer net sales increased 19.9% to $397.7 million compared to $331.7 million and Wholesale net sales increased 20.2% to $913.7 million compared to $760.2 million..
Western Digital (NASDAQ: WDC) rose 8% after it reported quarterly results and guidance. Cloud represented 54% of total revenue.
Skechers USA (NYSE: SKX) rose 8% after its third quarter results beat analysts estimates on the top and bottom line. Wholesale sales grew 20.6% and Direct-to-Consumer sales grew 9.6%.
Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE: EW) rose 2% after announcing EPS that was about in-line with estimates. Q3 TAVR sales grew 6%.
