Dr. Ford Tamer, a member of the Board of Directors of Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL), notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Board effective as of September 15, 2024. Dr. Tamer’s resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
