Victoria's Secret & Co. (VSCO) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c, provides guidance
Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) reported Q2 EPS of $0.40, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.41 billion.
Full Year and Third Quarter 2024 Outlook
The Company is raising its full year outlook and is now forecasting 52-week fiscal year 2024 net sales to be down approximately 1%, compared to prior guidance of down low-single digits, to a comparative 52-weeks from fiscal year 2023. At this forecasted level of sales, adjusted operating income for fiscal year 2024 is now expected to be in the range of $275 million to $300 million, compared to prior guidance of $250 million to $275 million.
The Company is forecasting third quarter 2024 net sales to increase low-single digits compared to last year’s third quarter net sales of $1.265 billion. At this forecasted level of sales, adjusted operating loss for the third quarter of 2024 is expected to be in the range of $40 million to $60 million. Victoria's Secret & Co. sees Q3 2025 EPS of ($0.60)-($0.80), versus the consensus of ($0.68).
