GUIDANCE:

Primo Water sees FY2024 revenue of $1.87-1.89 billion, versus the consensus of $1.879 billion. Adjusted EBITDA target to between $420 million and $440 million. Full-year 2024 Adjusted Free Cash Flow from continuing operations is forecasted to be between $180 million and $190 million, an increase of $5 million.
