Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW) traded lower by 8% despite reporting quarterly EPS that beat estimates. Weakness was tied to billings guidance for the fourth quarter that trailed estimates.
- Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS), CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD), Fortinet (NASDAQ: FTNT) and other peers of Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW) traded lower in sympathy with cybersecurity security company.
Zoom (NASDAQ: ZM) fell 3% after issuing second quarter EPS guidance that missed consensus.
Larimar Therapeutics (NASDAQ: LRMR) rose 22% after it said the FDA removed a partial clinical hold following review of Phase 2 dose exploration study data.
Peloton (NASDAQ: PTON) fell 9% after launching a major global refinancing plan. It launched a global refinancing, pursuant to which it will offer $275.0 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2029 in a private offering and enter into a $1.0 billion five-year term loan facility and a $100. million five-year revolving credit facility.
