Chubb Corp. (NYSE: CB) roses 5% after Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway disclosed a $6.7 billion stake in the insurer. Buffett's stake had been a mystery.

GameStop (NYSE: GME) declined 5%, extending an intraday slump of 19% as the meme rally fizzled. AMC Entertainment (NYSE: AMC) was lower by another 4.5% after-hours after falling 20% during the regular session.
