ITEM 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 9, 2024, Insmed Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2024. A copy of this
press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 pursuant to this Item 2.02.

ITEM 8.01 — Other Events.
On May 9, 2024, the Company reported topline safety and tolerability data from
its Phase 2 study of treprostinil palmitil inhalation powder (“TPIP”) in patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease and provided an update on blinded data from its ongoing Phase 2 study of TPIP in pulmonary arterial hypertension. A copy of a slide presentation regarding the data is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
