Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) today announced that Nicholas C. Gangestad, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, notified the Company that he plans to retire. Mr. Gangestad will continue to serve in his role until such time as a replacement Chief Financial Officer is appointed and will work with the Board and executive team to help ensure a smooth transition.
