GUIDANCE:
Zeta Global Holdings Corp. sees Q2 2024 revenue of $210-214 million, versus the consensus of $204.1 million. Up $8 million at the midpoint from the prior guidance of $204 million. The revised guidance represents a year-over-year increase of 22% to 25%.
Increasing Adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $35.3 million to $35.8 million, up $1.3 million at the midpoint from the prior guidance of $34.2 million. The revised guidance represents a year-over-year increase of 31% to 33% and an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 16.5% to 17.0%.
Full Year 2024
Increasing revenue guidance to a range of $895 million to $905 million, versus the guidance of $874.9 million, up $25 million at the midpoint from the prior guidance $875 million. Revised guidance represents a year-over-year increase of 23% to 24%.
Increasing Adjusted EBITDA to a range of $170 million to $172 million, up $5 million at the midpoint from the prior guidance of $166 million. Revised guidance represents a year-over-year increase of 31% to 33% and an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 18.8% to 19.2%.
Free Cash Flow of $75 million to $85 million.
