After-Hours Stock Movers:
Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) gained 5% after the EV OEM reported first quarter results and, importantly, confirmed plans for more affordable models.
Uber (NYSE: UBER) and Lyft (NASDAQ: LYFT) declined after Tesla said it was currently working on ride-hailing functionality.
Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) climbed 6% after the chipmaker delivering strong analog revenue and gave a solid forecast.
Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX) climbed 2% after it beat quarterly earnings estimates due to strong margins.
Visa (NYSE: V) climbed 3% after EPS and revenue topped consensus due to strong payment volume.
Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH) declined after publishing disappointed first quarter results, with softness on the top and bottom line.
Mattel (NASDAQ: MAT) declined 1.2% after the toy maker reported mixed results and guidance. While margins were strong, billings were notably weak.
